Presumpscot River setback and frontage.
New Dwelling Units and accompanying improvements may be built in the locations as shown on Contract Zone Plan as they may be subsequently varied with Planning Board approval under Section 5, without need for Code Enforcement Officer approval under Section 199-12 of the Ordinance for the demolition of the existing nonconforming structures, the construction of the new structures shown on the Contract Zone Plan and change in use to multi-unit residential. In addition, existing utility lines located on the Property may be relocated closer to the river in order to lower their visual profile. Applicable minimum shore frontage per family shall not apply to the number of dwellings permitted under this Agreement.
